Cancellation Policy
For most of our tours, cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour date are generally non-refundable.
Please note that cancellation conditions may vary depending on the specific tour, activity, or service booked. If different cancellation conditions apply, these will be communicated as part of the booking information.
Refund Processing
Once a refund has been approved, the refund process may take approximately 15–30 days. Processing times can vary depending on the payment method and payment provider.
Changes or Cancellations by Thailens Travel
In the event that a tour or activity cannot take place, we will contact the customer as soon as possible to discuss the available options.
